Requirements

  • Experience building decision-making and financial models.
  • 2+ years of direct experience managing, developing, and scaling analytics or BI teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and establish operating rhythms.
  • Strong strategic mindset with experience influencing business decisions through analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive and cross-functional audiences.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and define problems independently.
  • Experience collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Strong business judgment to balance analytical rigor with commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM analytics strategy from pipeline development through customer success, retention, and business performance.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a team of analytics and business intelligence professionals.
  • Establish analytical standards, frameworks, and operating models to improve consistency and impact.
  • Own executive reporting and visualization strategies to support leadership decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to identify opportunities and actionable insights.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to challenge assumptions and guide teams toward data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and reporting reliability through collaboration with technical teams.
  • Manage prioritization, quality control, and delivery standards for business reporting.
