Requirements
- 10+ years of business analysis or BI experience, including building decision-making and financial models.
- 2+ years of experience directly managing, developing, and growing a team of analytics or BI professionals.
- Expert-level SQL and Tableau (or equivalent) experience.
- Track record of turning complex datasets into executive-ready insight.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven leadership in hiring, coaching, and retaining strong talent.
- Strategic thinker capable of shaping business decisions through data.
- Executive-grade communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives.
- Creative problem-solving skills for managing ambiguous challenges.
- Ability to drive clarity across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience partnering across Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Own GTM strategy analytics end-to-end, spanning pre-sales pipeline and funnel performance through post-sales customer health and retention.
- Build, lead, and grow a team of BI professionals, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and career development.
- Set the analytical standard for performance measurement by establishing clear and consumable dashboard frameworks.
- Own the executive-facing analytics and visualization strategy for GTM health and value, including L1 and L4 metrics.
- Act as the primary analytical thought partner to Sales, Success, Data Science, Systems, and GTM leaders.
- Represent BI in cross-functional strategic planning to focus on business-impacting initiatives.
- Partner with Data Science and Systems teams to ensure data accuracy and structured reporting.
- Own operational rigor including prioritization, quality control, and delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting.
