Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
- Strong programming experience with Go, Ruby, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Rust, Python, or similar technologies.
- Deep understanding of modern identity standards (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, WebAuthn/Passkeys, FIDO2, SSH, JWT, DPoP).
- Experience building identity infrastructure for enterprise platforms, cloud environments, or large-scale systems.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, credential lifecycle management, and Zero Trust security architectures.
- Experience evaluating emerging security technologies and industry best practices.
- Ability to influence technical strategy through architecture design and technical documentation.
- Proven experience designing, maintaining, and delivering production software.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services for authentication, authorization, and identity-related systems.
- Build and maintain highly available, secure, and resilient distributed systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to solve complex identity challenges.
- Evaluate emerging identity technologies, protocols, and security practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategies for identity infrastructure.
- Mentor engineers by sharing technical expertise and identity best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations to improve service reliability and monitoring.
- Influence technical direction through architecture proposals, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
