Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce development or equivalent experience focused on Lead-to-Cash, Demand-to-Cash, or Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ, and Sales Cloud.
- Experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, integrations, and configuration.
- 2+ years of experience managing Salesforce developers, contractors, or technical teams using Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security practices and secure development principles.
- Experience working in business consulting environments with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing technical delivery, resources, and budgets.
- Experience using AI technologies to improve workflows and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of Salesforce developers, QA professionals, and technical resources.
- Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams to deliver sales, partner, and commerce solutions.
- Manage technology roadmaps and provide strategic guidance on scalable solutions.
- Own end-to-end functional delivery across the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.
- Drive Agile execution through sprint planning, standups, and collaborative design sessions.
- Design and support solutions using Salesforce technologies including Apex, LWC, and configuration tools.
- Manage team budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
