Requirements
- Proven experience managing or leading cross-functional software engineering teams in high-growth, product-focused environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend development using React and TypeScript.
- Deep architectural knowledge of full-stack ecosystems, including Kotlin or Java, AWS, React, and TypeScript.
- Experience designing and working with scalable systems, including microservices and micro-frontend architectures.
- Practical knowledge of experimentation methodologies, A/B testing strategies, feature flagging tools, and data-driven product optimization.
- Experience with tools such as Growthbook, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or similar experimentation platforms.
- Ability to code, review pull requests, and provide technical guidance across engineering teams.
- Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional English proficiency, with experience collaborating effectively with distributed global teams.
- Strong async communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to balance strategic thinking with technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a cross-functional engineering team while maintaining a hands-on approach to coding, architecture, and technical decision-making.
- Drive the development of highly optimized self-service products that reduce friction and improve onboarding experiences for business partners.
- Design and evolve experimentation platforms and processes, enabling reliable A/B testing and data-driven product improvements.
- Architect and oversee solutions connecting frontend applications, backend services, and enterprise data workflows.
- Establish engineering best practices, including modern software development lifecycle standards, code quality practices, automated testing, and technical documentation.
- Promote the adoption of AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, accelerate delivery, and enhance engineering workflows.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.
- Guide system design decisions involving React-based applications, backend services, cloud infrastructure, microservices, and micro-frontend architectures.
