Requirements
- 7–10 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Mandatory expertise in the D365 CE Sales module.
- Hands-on experience in any two of the following: Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys), or Project Operations.
- Experience in end-to-end D365 CE implementation projects.
- Strong business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design capabilities.
- Experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CE without extensive custom development.
- Understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, business process flows, security roles, and integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and global delivery environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Lead functional workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions based on business needs.
- Prepare functional design documents, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support data migration, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Conduct end-user training and create user documentation.
- Provide post-go-live support and recommend process improvements.
