Requirements
- Proven track record of shipping production web applications using AI-accelerated development.
- Deep hands-on experience with Claude Code as a primary development environment.
- Strong Supabase experience: Postgres data modeling, Row Level Security, and edge functions.
- Experience deploying and running applications on Vercel with Next.js.
- Disciplined GitHub workflow: branching, pull requests, and environment management.
- Experience building and operating n8n workflows, including error handling and API/webhook integrations.
- Ability to read and reason about AI-produced TypeScript and SQL.
- Ability to produce technical design documents covering architecture, data, and security.
- Experience designing and building agent-based workflows.
- Strong prompt engineering skills for diverse use cases.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Self-directed working style capable of managing workload independently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes for automation.
- Design, build, and maintain Claude-powered automations and multi-step n8n workflows.
- Implement agent-based architectures, including sub-agents and orchestration agents.
- Create training materials and provide coaching to upskill the team in AI usage.
- Develop and refine prompting strategies to maximize the accuracy and quality of Claude's outputs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and build integrated solutions.
- Contribute to the business's AI adoption roadmap and evaluate new AI tools.
