Requirements
- Completed vocational training as Steuerfachangestellte:r or equivalent commercial qualification.
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in accounting or accounts payable.
- Sound knowledge of DATEV.
- Strong understanding of tax principles and solid accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency with digital tools and strong IT affinity.
- Fluent in German (C1 level).
- Conversational English (at least B2 level).
- Structured, meticulous, and independent work style.
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to maintain an overview in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Verify, code, and post incoming invoices within accounts payable.
- Verify and post travel expenses and disbursements.
- Reconcile and post credit card transactions accurately.
- Reconcile and post bank transactions for bank accounting.
- Contribute to digitalization projects and help replace manual processes with smart, scalable solutions.
