Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of relevant professional work experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or Javascript.
- Production experience with AI infrastructure, scalability, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with RAG and chunking to tune LLM performance.
- Expertise with AI observability, monitoring, and signaling tools like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Experience with LLM orchestration tooling and decision frameworks.
- Understanding of full software development life cycle, including testing, source control, and operations.
- Strong ability to design and maintain scalable microservices.
- Experience or exposure to building agentic capabilities and evaluation testing frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Large Language Models to build applied AI applications focused on producing high accuracy.
- Construct services to ingest structured results, extract key information, and surface insights.
- Build and maintain tooling for model training, evaluation, inference serving, monitoring, and alerting.
- Identify, extract, transform, and load data from disparate sources into a centralized system.
- Design and implement database schemas and optimize queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and subject matter experts to drive project success.
