Requirements
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Paylocity or a similar comprehensive HRIS platform.
- Proficiency with collaborative tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Proven track record of handling sensitive personal data and maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail for managing compliance audits and payroll data.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Adaptable with a growth mindset and strong customer service approach.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, contractors, and vendors, and conduct regular integration check-ins.
- Maintain accurate employee records and digital files in the HRIS to ensure legal compliance.
- Manage multi-state compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Process payments for international independent contractors and serve as backup for US domestic payroll.
- Assist with annual benefits Open Enrollment planning and execution.
- Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
