Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure/cloud ops.
- 2+ years of experience in a lead or management capacity.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code, specifically Terraform.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) compute, storage, and networking.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
- Experience managing network and system security including Zero Trust and network segmentation.
- Ability to work alongside AI coding agents to parallelize infrastructure work.
- Experience managing infrastructure cost and capacity at scale.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own uptime, resilience, and incident response strategy for all products.
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure across Kubernetes and Docker environments.
- Manage infrastructure cost and capacity planning to balance performance and spend.
- Establish and evolve CI/CD standards and deployment automation pipelines.
- Develop internal infrastructure/developer tooling roadmaps, including observability and logging.
- Own network/system security including Zero Trust, access control, and SOC 2 readiness.
- Coach the existing team and hire/scale the infrastructure department.
