Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, data files, and operational tools.
- Experience forecasting demand and managing purchase orders.
- Knowledge of fulfillment, shipment tracking, and documentation.
- Strong interest in AI and experience using tools beyond basic prompts.
- Ability to automate workflows and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Clear communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
- Must be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels across multiple sales channels.
- Build automated workflows using tools like n8n and Claude to eliminate manual tasks.
- Forecast demand based on sales trends and generate purchase orders.
- Track inbound shipments and manage supplier communications.
- Analyze product costs, inventory turnover, and purchasing trends.
- Coordinate sourcing, sampling, and quality checks with internal teams.
