Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, data files, and operational management tools.
- Experience in demand forecasting and managing purchase orders.
- Understanding of fulfillment processes, shipment tracking, and documentation.
- Experience or strong interest in AI tools and automation (e.g., n8n, Claude).
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Proven organizational skills for handling multiple moving parts.
- Availability for at least 5 hours of overlap with Eastern European Time (EET).
- Residency in a country where Revolut payments are supported.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels across multiple sales channels.
- Forecast demand based on sales trends and upcoming promotions.
- Generate and manage purchase orders to ensure consistent inventory flow.
- Track inbound shipments and maintain communication with suppliers and fulfillment partners.
- Analyze product costs, turnover, and purchasing trends to improve margins.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like n8n and Claude.
- Prepare inventory and procurement reports for decision-making.
