Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on security engineering experience in a professional environment.
- 4+ years of hands-on security cloud engineering, specifically GCP (Cloud IAM, organization policy, service account governance).
- Detection engineering experience (SIEM selection, building, and tuning).
- Deep identity and access management expertise (SAML SSO, SCIM).
- SaaS identity security depth (phishing-resistant MFA, passkeys, hardware keys, OAuth governance).
- Hands-on incident response and forensic methodology.
- Endpoint security posture experience (EDR such as CrowdStrike Falcon).
- Experience operating vulnerability or exposure management programs.
- Security automation and infrastructure-as-code fluency (e.g., Terraform).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, integrate, and rationalize the security tool stack.
- Design identity, access, and session governance across Google Workspace and identity providers.
- Define and govern security requirements for GCP environments.
- Drive phishing-resistant MFA strategy and strengthen secrets-management architecture.
- Manage OAuth app vetting, token lifecycle, and third-party risk.
- Lead incident response and forensic investigations.
- Implement security automation and detection-as-code using Terraform.
- Mentor team members on security practice.
