Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services.
- Proven track record of managing concurrent, complex enterprise deployments for large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees).
- Experience with PSA tools such as Rocketlane, Certinia, or Productive.
- Technical aptitude: ability to read API documentation and design data mappings.
- Consultative authority: experience guiding executive stakeholders and CISOs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate under ambiguity.
- Knowledge of GRC, cybersecurity, or Third-Party Risk Management is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design and document repeatable implementation methodologies, project plans, and SOPs.
- Own complex enterprise deployments end-to-end.
- Manage client expectations and prevent scope creep.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for seamless transitions to Customer Success.
- Design and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems.
- Translate client needs into technical specifications and re-engineer workflows.
- Act as a liaison between PS, Sales, and Product to inform the roadmap.
