Requirements
- Current, unrestricted US Medical license in all 50 states
- Fellowship training in sleep medicine
- Sleep Medicine Board certified or eligible
- Minimum 3 years of comprehensive sleep medicine clinical experience
- Must maintain residence in the United States
- Comfortable with EHR systems, remote monitoring platforms, and sleep technology interfaces
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical tools and digital workflows
- Prior telehealth experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Interpret home sleep tests (HST) per AASM scoring guidelines with actionable reports
- Serve as supervising or collaborating physician per state-specific CPA requirements
- Provide co-signatures, real-time consultative support, and clinical case reviews
- Perform comprehensive sleep medicine evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide expert patient education based on AASM guidelines and behavioral sleep medicine standards
- Monitor longitudinal patient data for treatment-emergent issues and evolving sleep pathologies
