Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in IAM engineering, cloud security, or GenAI/ML engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and identity federation.
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization protocols including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and JWT.
- Experience with scripting/automation tools such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or SQL.
- Understanding of cloud security tooling including IAM policies, KMS, WAF, and Defender for Cloud.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled automation, prompt design, and secure use of GenAI.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, SOX, and GDPR.
- Ability to analyze complex access patterns and translate findings into remediation actions.
- Effective communication skills for partnering across technical and business stakeholders.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CIPP, AWS Security Specialty, AZ-500, or CKS.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM frameworks (SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM) across multi-cloud environments.
- Automate identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and deprovisioning processes.
- Support the secure use of Generative AI capabilities within IAM for access analysis and anomaly detection.
- Build and deploy AI agents using platforms like Azure and Langchain.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure AI-enabled IAM solutions align with data protection and compliance expectations.
- Support non-human identity hygiene including inventory review, privilege right-sizing, and secret rotation.
- Define and support Conditional Access and adaptive access policies to advance Zero Trust principles.
- Develop documentation, dashboards, and reporting to support IAM operations and access governance.
