Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, with significant time spent in technology.
- Proven track record of selling, managing, and delivering client projects.
- Solid understanding of healthcare data, analytical methods, and Commercial practice areas in biopharma.
- Expertise in cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Expertise in Commercial Data & Analytics platforms (IQVIA, RWD sources).
- Expertise in GenAI and LLM applications in life sciences.
- Expertise in AI/ML modeling and MLOps.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and executive communication skills.
- Degree in engineering, statistics, math, economics or other quantitative fields.
- Consulting organization experience is highly preferred.
- Prior experience building technology offerings is preferred.
- Masters or MBA is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts including solution shaping, proposal development, SOW creation, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with Technology Client Partners to sell solutions across technology, data, and analytics products.
- Shape the vision and roadmap for the Technology & AI practice in partnership with leadership.
- Lead initiatives to embed AI into all facets of solution delivery to improve quality and efficiency.
- Architect scalable AI and data solutions aligned with client business goals.
- Provide guidance to cross-functional programs involving data warehouses, MDM, reporting, and AI agent development.
- Publish thought leadership pieces, white papers, and conference presentations to advance the firm’s brand.
