- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a quantitative discipline.
- Expert SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
- Advanced Power BI knowledge, including semantic modeling, DAX, and visualization design.
- Strong Python skills for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation.
- Experience working with large analytical datasets and creating scalable analytical solutions.
- Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and hypothesis-driven analysis.
- Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Excellent storytelling skills for translating complex analyses into business recommendations.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Commercial, and Business stakeholders to solve complex business challenges through data.
- Design, define, and maintain business KPIs to ensure metric consistency.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to support strategic decision-making.
- Design and maintain scalable analytical solutions, including Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
- Lead deep-dive investigations and root cause analyses for business initiatives.
- Design and evaluate experiments to measure business impact.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate data exploration and automate repetitive analyses.
- Translate complex analytical findings into compelling stories for technical and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data quality and validate pipelines.
- Mentor analysts through technical guidance and code reviews.
