- 20+ years of professional sales, solutioning, consulting, advisory, and/or Big 4 consulting experience
- 5+ years of direct management and leadership experience building and scaling high-performing teams
- Proven track record of managing revenue-generating practices or billable professional services
- Demonstrated success translating strategic vision into operational reality in technology-enabled transformation programs
- Strong background in multi-dimensional client relationship building and executive engagement at C-suite level
- Expertise in business case development, ROI modeling, and analytical skills
- Sales and pursuit management experience in managed services, infrastructure & data center solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Track record of building brand, IP, and thought leadership
- Familiarity with hybrid IT environments, mainframe/midrange modernization, or cloud transformations
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of Solution Principals and Architects.
- Build and cultivate senior-level advisory relationships with C-suite executives at existing and prospective clients.
- Partner with Lead Generation and Field Sales teams to support end-to-end Go-to-Market strategies.
- Lead complex, multi-tower consultative engagements, directing technical strategy, approach, and execution.
- Develop and execute a blueprint for scaling the Strategic Pursuits functions and the Global Solutions Organization.
- Champion a Strategic Solution Architecture practice aligned with Ensono's core strengths.
- Author white papers, present at industry conferences, and represent Ensono at external forums to establish thought leadership.
