Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a financial planner, investment advisor/consultant, or bank relationship manager.
- Advanced/Upper Intermediate English proficiency.
- Ability to recognize realistic vs. generic client financial situations.
- Deep understanding of factors that change investment recommendations, such as APR, liquidity, taxes, and concentration risk.
- Capability to write realistic scenarios that maintain decision pressure without feeling artificial.
- Strict adherence to no AI-assisted output during the application process.
Responsibilities
- Review batches of pre-generated finance scenarios for realism and decision risk.
- Identify weak or missing constraints that significantly change financial strategy.
- Improve financial tasks to better represent realistic moments where advice becomes high-stakes.
- Rate task quality, hidden context strength, and checklist effectiveness using a 1–5 scale.
- Rewrite scenarios, user prompts, and hidden contexts to include decisive 'Knife' constraints.
- Develop PASS/FAIL checklists that test constraint adherence, risk framing, and safety/compliance.
