Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in product or UX design within a SaaS or digital product environment.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end design for product features independently.
- Solid understanding of UX research methods including generative and evaluative research.
- Portfolio showing thoughtful problem-framing and well-executed design solutions.
- Clear and confident communication skills for presenting work and defending decisions.
- Ability to incorporate feedback without becoming defensive.
- Attention to accessibility and inclusive design best practices is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own design execution for features and workflows across Built’s platform from discovery through delivery.
- Lead user research activities including customer interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with fidelity.
- Contribute to and maintain the design system.
- Articulate design decisions and trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Incorporate data and behavioral insights to validate and iterate on design solutions.
