Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in QA or software engineering
- Strong understanding of QA processes, methodology, and terminology (SDLC, test plans, regression)
- Experience with manual testing of web and mobile applications
- Proficiency with REST APIs and browser DevTools
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency for daily international communication
- Ability to independently define acceptance criteria when requirements are vague
- Analytical mindset focused on outcomes, business goals, and hypothesis testing
- Understanding of potential AI failure modes (hallucinations, retrieval gaps, prompt sensitivity)
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or AI chatbots is a plus
- Experience testing products with role-based access control (RBAC) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design test plans, scenarios, and checklists for AI-powered features with probabilistic outcomes
- Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms
- Inspect API requests and responses via DevTools or Postman to verify underlying system data
- Analyze AI outputs to identify hallucinations, incomplete retrieval, and failure to apply business rules
- Document and report bugs with sufficient context for developer reproduction and diagnosis
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and AI engineers to define correct system output
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
