Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing complex consulting or technology implementation projects.
- Proven success delivering enterprise-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in project governance, financial management, resource planning, and risk management.
- Experience managing executive-level client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity or project management tools.
- Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery environments.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience with Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, strategic projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Define project scope, timelines, and delivery plans with customers and internal teams.
- Proactively manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to keep projects on track.
- Oversee project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and profitability.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and predictive insights to improve project planning, forecasting, and risk management.
- Manage executive-level client relationships and project governance.
- Mentor Project Managers and contribute to the evolution of delivery methodologies.
