Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience and/or graduate-level study in research, education, pluralism, Jewish education, civic engagement, or program management.
- Exceptional research, analytical, writing, and editing skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience conducting literature reviews, environmental scans, or applied research.
- Experience synthesizing complex information into clear, concise, and actionable written products.
- Experience supporting collaborative projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating meetings, projects, or learning communities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Asana, and Notion is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and environmental scans on topics like civic learning, political polarization, and pluralism.
- Identify, review, and synthesize research, frameworks, and practitioner resources into briefs and memos.
- Support the development, drafting, editing, and citation management of final deliverables and resources.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, and logistics for Project Team meetings.
- Execute virtual meetings including Zoom setup and participant follow-up.
- Capture and document meeting notes, key themes, emerging insights, and action items.
- Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and organized documentation systems.
