Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for complex web applications
- 5+ years in leading a team of QA with a combination of manual, load, automation, and accessibility testers
- 5+ years in performing manual, security, integration, API, end-to-end, load, automation, mobile application, and accessibility testing
- 5+ years of experience in providing clearance emails for UAT and PROD releases
- 3+ years of experience in leading QA for multilingual applications
- 3+ years of experience using JMeter, BlazeMeter, Browser stack
- Experience in creating and executing scripted test cases
- Experience with Mobile application testing, browser compatibility, and accessibility testing
- Experience in identifying, analyzing, documenting, and maintaining test results
- Experience in writing SQL queries (DQL)
- Exposure to GitLab, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- English language proficiency (oral and written)
Responsibilities
- Work within an agile team to ensure the quality of complex .NET and Angular based Web and mobile applications
- Test applications in multilingual setup
- Execute functional test scripts and analyze bugs for systems in development
- Perform manual testing on a variety of browsers and operating systems using manual and tools like browser stack
- Work closely with developers and DevOps teams to recognize potential operational issues, assess risks, and resolve issues proactively
- Perform load testing using a variety of tools and suggest solutions for performance issues
- Perform API testing using Postman and similar tools
- Record defect details, create reports on defects and resolutions, and update the regression test framework
- Maintain knowledgebase documentation in SharePoint
