Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree.
- 2+ years of hands-on technical writing experience with a track record of creating requirement documents, use-case diagrams, and functional specifications.
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for complex web application platforms.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate them clearly in writing to diverse audiences.
- Experience designing, developing, and executing test cases.
- Proven experience with test automation using Selenium.
- Ability to write scripts and perform API testing.
- Experience with security testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and load testing.
- Experience with mobile application testing, browser compatibility, and accessibility testing.
- Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical leads, business analysts, and developers to document end-to-end traceability of business requirements in SharePoint.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including use-case documents, functional specifications, UI wireframes, integration guides, API guides, and tutorials.
- Ensure compliance with document branding and accessibility guidelines.
- Work within an agile team to ensure the quality of complex MEAN applications.
- Develop, modify, and execute functional test scripts and analyze system bugs.
- Identify operational issues, assess risks, and proactively resolve problems in collaboration with the engineering team.
