Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with technical writing.
- Proven track record of creating requirement documents, use-case diagrams, functional specifications, and user guides.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for complex web application platforms.
- Experience designing, developing, and executing test cases using QA management tools.
- Proven experience with test automation using Selenium.
- Ability to write scripts and perform API testing.
- Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is a plus).
- English language proficiency (oral and written).
Responsibilities
- Work with technical leads, business analysts, and developers to document end-to-end traceability of business requirements in SharePoint.
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation including use-case documents, functional specifications, UI designs, integration guides, API developer guides, and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance with document branding and accessibility guidelines.
- Collaborate within an agile team to ensure the quality of complex MEAN stack applications.
- Develop, modify, and execute functional test scripts.
- Analyze bugs for systems in development.
- Identify potential operational issues and assess risks proactively with technical leads.
