Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Analytics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, PivotTables, and advanced formulas.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with syndicated data sources such as Headset, BDSA, Nielsen, or Circana is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and automate commercial dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.
- Analyze ERP, CRM, inventory, and sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and revenue opportunities.
- Deliver weekly commercial business reviews highlighting performance and market insights.
- Develop forecasting models, sales projections, and revenue tracking tools.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify business risks.
- Analyze syndicated market data to evaluate market share, pricing, and competitive activity.
- Maintain CRM integrity and measure promotional ROI.
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure reporting consistency.
