Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- 4–7 years of Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Analytics experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Power Query, PivotTables, and advanced formulas.
- Experience with ERP systems and CRM platforms.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and automate commercial dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.
- Analyze ERP, CRM, inventory, and sales performance data to identify trends and revenue opportunities.
- Deliver weekly commercial business reviews highlighting performance, market changes, and recommended actions.
- Develop forecasting models, sales projections, and revenue tracking tools.
- Analyze syndicated data sources like Headset or BDSA to evaluate market share and pricing.
- Measure promotional ROI, trade investment effectiveness, and distribution performance.
- Support executive presentations, business cases, and special projects.
