Requirements
- 3+ years designing, developing, and delivering technical training in a cybersecurity or similarly complex technical environment.
- Primary focus on content creation with secondary focus on instructor-led facilitation.
- Ability to translate technical security concepts into clear, accessible learning experiences.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where programs are under construction.
- Experience creating structure independently.
- Familiarity with modern training tools and LMS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to move between facilitation and content creation tasks efficiently.
- Experience using AI tools as part of core professional workflows.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analysis with subject matter experts to identify performance and knowledge gaps.
- Design, build, and maintain modular technical learning experiences, including self-paced content, live sessions, and job aids.
- Assess training effectiveness using learner feedback and performance data to refine content.
- Coordinate with internal SMEs to ensure training reflects up-to-date detection and response knowledge.
- Deliver instructor-led training across live virtual and onboarding formats.
- Translate operational realities and product behavior into clear, accurate documentation for practitioners.
