- High-quality coding skills with experience navigating large codebases safely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive ownership of professional growth and stakeholder feedback.
- Availability to participate in an on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly goals while leading engineers through ambiguity.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics on product development.
