Requirements
- Strong React experience with the ability to build modular, reusable components
- Product mindset with ability to identify gaps and propose solutions
- Familiarity with Playwright or a comparable E2E test automation framework
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or Claude
- Experience with A/B testing tools like Amplitude
- Experience with frontend observability tools like Datadog
- Ability to lead features end-to-end in collaboration with Product, Design, and backend engineers
- Experience writing technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Build new features across the Card platform including Trends & Insights, engagement improvements, points expiration, and off-platform redemption
- Own frontend work end-to-end from design collaboration through to testing and deployment
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for frontend code
- Improve test automation coverage using Playwright
- Instrument observability and A/B testing to analyze performance and identify gaps
- Contribute proactive ideas to improve product quality and features
