Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related HR function.
- Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals (base pay, bonus, market pricing, pay equity concepts).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data sorting).
- Exposure to modern HRIS platforms (ADP preferred).
- Meticulous document control habits using platforms like Egnyte and DocuSign.
- Ability to work with sensitive PII/PHI data with absolute discretion.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- High attention to numeric accuracy and analytical detail.
- Eagerness to master varied global statutory frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end processing of benefit enrollments and status changes across global platforms.
- Conduct compensation analysis, including market benchmarking, pay equity checks, and salary range comparisons.
- Support annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles through data preparation and validation.
- Prepare self-billing schedules and partner with Payroll to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain job architecture, compensation structures, and documentation for internal systems.
- Perform benefits and compensation data integrity audits across HRIS and vendor platforms.
- Respond to day-to-day employee benefits inquiries and coordinate claims escalations.
