Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft-based application development.
- Experience with .NET development.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, ETL tools, and UML.
- Experience in SQL.
- Experience designing and developing Business Intelligence solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Experience working with data warehouses and BI data storage.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with software maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Microsoft-based applications for training management.
- Enhance and maintain Business Intelligence reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Develop, test, and implement data warehouse solutions for BI reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate applications with other systems to ensure data consistency and real-time information exchange.
- Optimize applications from performance, security, and quality perspectives.
- Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and change management.
- Produce technical and user documentation.
- Provide maintenance (corrective, adaptive, and preventive) and 2nd/3rd line technical support.
- Deliver user training for administrators.
