Strong .NET expertise with deep knowledge of C# and .NET 8/9.
Solid experience with ASP.NET Core.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrent applications.
Production experience with Minimal API, Hosted Services, and Dependency Injection.
Experience building distributed systems, specifically with event-driven architecture, idempotency, and the Inbox/Outbox pattern.
Hands-on production experience with Apache Kafka (consumer groups, at-least-once delivery, manual offset commits).
Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Dapper, SQL optimization, and Redis/Valkey.
Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes or Docker Swarm).
Experience with FinTech payment platforms, including PayIn/PayOut flows, webhooks, and PCI DSS.
Strong focus on software quality via testing, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.
Ability to use AI-assisted tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.

Build and evolve the core of the payment platform.
Design new services and payment provider integrations from architecture to production.
Improve transaction processing, routing, and webhook infrastructure.
Participate in architectural decisions and technical discussions.
Review code, share knowledge, and help maintain a high engineering standard.
Work closely with the Connector team (Python / TypeScript).
