Responsibilities
- Build and optimize AI-powered internal tools for sales pipeline analysis and customer intelligence.
- Develop systems for internal knowledge management and operational reporting.
- Support executive decision-making through AI-driven insights.
- Work with structured and unstructured data, including vector databases, MCP, and RAG.
- Build and maintain AI agents that integrate internal knowledge bases, meeting transcripts, and CRM data.
- Manage infrastructure for AI services with DevOps support.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, AI-enabled solutions.
- Drive AI adoption and AI-first thinking across the organization.
