Requirements
- 2–5 years building automations, integrations, or AI-powered tools in marketing, e-commerce, or operations.
- Proven experience shipping AI-powered solutions to production.
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience building MCP servers or AI-agent architectures.
- Ability to assess AI tool security and data privacy risks.
- Sound judgment in evaluating build-vs-buy technical options.
- Experience operating production AI systems with monitoring and alerting is preferred.
- Familiarity with data tooling such as SQL or Excel is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI tools and automations including image processing, content generation, and document processing.
- Automate repetitive manual workflows across marketing, operations, creative, and logistics.
- Build MCP servers and AI-agent architectures for secure data access.
- Connect software systems and APIs into reusable integrated workflows.
- Evaluate vendor AI tools, run pilots, and provide build-vs-buy recommendations.
- Assess AI tool security and data governance risks.
- Define reusable patterns and standards for automations.
- Drive AI adoption through internal enablement sessions and documentation.
