Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in payroll or human resources outsourcing.
- Experience in client service or relationship management required.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google and other business software and ability to navigate web-based applications.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll and human resources outsourcing industry and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information to draw conclusions and test solutions.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients to maintain relationships and achieve retention and growth goals.
- Process payrolls with 100% accuracy and timely delivery every pay period.
- Manage tax calculations and account management as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert on payroll, HR, time and labor management, accounting, tax, and money movement.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Identify new product opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Analyze client challenges and provide solutions while participating in special projects.
