Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Partner Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
  • Experience managing end-to-end event planning and regional marketing programs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring program ROI.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams, customers, and technology partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% throughout the Central region.
  • Experience within the technology, VAR, IT services, cybersecurity, or channel partner ecosystem preferred.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI tools like ChatGPT preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute field marketing programs across the Central region, including customer events, executive programs, conferences, and sponsorships.
  • Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals and company objectives.
  • Manage all event logistics, from venue sourcing and contract negotiation to audiovisual and attendee communications.
  • Collaborate with Sales, BDRs, and Partner Marketing teams to maximize event participation and post-event follow-up.
  • Measure program effectiveness through pipeline influence, engagement metrics, and ROI reporting.
  • Support national marketing initiatives through coordinating logistics and partner communications.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor invoices, and expense tracking.
  • Build executive presentations, reporting dashboards, and program summaries.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to align campaigns, landing pages, and email communications with brand standards.
