Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Partner Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
- Experience managing end-to-end event planning and regional marketing programs.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring program ROI.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% throughout the Central region.
- Experience within the technology, VAR, IT services, cybersecurity, or channel partner ecosystem is preferred.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI-powered tools like ChatGPT is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute field marketing programs across the Central region including customer events, executive programs, and conferences.
- Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals and company objectives.
- Manage all event logistics such as venue sourcing, contracts, audiovisual requirements, and attendee communications.
- Collaborate with Sales, BDRs, and Partner Marketing teams to maximize event participation and post-event follow-up.
- Measure program effectiveness through pipeline influence, engagement metrics, ROI, and sponsorship performance.
- Coordinate co-branded marketing initiatives and joint campaigns with technology partners.
- Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and expense tracking while providing operational support.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing team to align event campaigns, landing pages, and email communications.
