Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineer, or Data Engineer.
- Hands-on expertise in modern programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.
- Experience developing APIs and web applications using frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Spring.
- Proven experience building and operating robust data pipelines using SQL and big data technologies.
- Strong systems-level knowledge of network and cloud architecture and Linux-based operating systems.
- Proven experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL with ability to optimize complex, distributed queries.
- Experience delivering projects for external clients in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end architecture, solution design, and delivery of machine learning and data solutions for enterprise clients.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical and MLOps solutions following company standards.
- Design and create secure, scalable environments for data scientists to train and manipulate models.
- Define deployment approaches and production infrastructure, ensuring model observability and maintenance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, and DevOps to deliver project engagements.
- Provide technical leadership during workshops, design reviews, and discovery sessions.
- Contribute to internal initiatives including IP development, accelerators, and reference architectures.
