Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field.
- Valid teacher certification and completion of an approved teacher preparation program.
- Ability to obtain and maintain teaching certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other assigned states.
- 3+ years of teaching experience (preferred).
- 2+ years of online teaching experience (preferred).
- Availability to work a fixed full-time schedule (8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. MT) year-round.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, Learning Management Systems, and task management tools like Asana.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Ability to travel for occasional test proctoring.
Responsibilities
- Build daily connections with students to keep them motivated and engaged through proactive outreach.
- Guide learners through the provided curriculum with clarity, reinforcing key concepts.
- Monitor engagement and academic progress to launch timely, personalized interventions for struggling students.
- Deliver prompt, meaningful grading and feedback to celebrate growth and build self-efficacy.
- Maintain precise, actionable records of student progress and interventions.
- Lead live sessions as needed and participate in professional development and team training.
- Support proctoring during testing windows, including occasional travel.
