Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6-7 years of experience in ABAP object-oriented development.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with productive SAP systems and business-critical applications.
- Good understanding of ABAP Objects, enhancements, interfaces, and SAP development best practices.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring developers and supporting the growth of engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in German.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical incidents and customer-reported issues in productive Banking environments.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective and preventive solutions.
- Support productive customer systems and ensure stable, secure, and reliable operations.
- Collaborate directly with customers to identify effective technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain ABAP-based corrections and enhancements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Mentor and support team members in their technical and professional development.
- Contribute to team culture, engineering standards, and support processes.
