Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience.
- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical knowledge in downstream processes for monoclonal antibodies, viral vectors, or vaccines.
- Experience in customer-facing technical support and training.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical troubleshooting expertise.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and data analysis tools.
- Ability to travel up to 50-75% (2 weeks a month) within assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and passport.
- Experience with method development and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert providing comprehensive support for downstream technology platforms.
- Deliver technical training and optimize applications for customers.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve technical challenges.
- Demonstrate technologies through professional presentations.
