Requirements
- 3-5 years in a commercial insurance compliance related role.
- Extensive knowledge of General Liability, Umbrella, Workers' Compensation, and other business policies.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience working remotely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated problem resolution skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions.
- Passion for customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Examine Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to client contract requirements.
- Conduct scheduled client account reviews.
- Follow up with insurance agents to verify policy coverage and cancellations.
- Provide guidance to clients regarding company systems and technology.
- Answer client inquiries about compliance matters.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and provide a positive experience for agents and clients.
