Responsibilities
- Architect and lead complex demos for enterprise prospects and strategic partners.
- Own the technical narrative from C-suite boardrooms to deep-dive engineering sessions.
- Educate customers on platform capabilities and the strategic case for structured content.
- Guide customers through RFPs, architecture reviews, and proof of concepts.
- Build and maintain showcase implementations, enablement programs, and best practice guides.
- Share deep engineering expertise and troubleshoot complex use cases.
- Represent strategic customer requirements to product and engineering to influence the roadmap.
- Mentor the broader SE team and raise the bar for technical excellence.
