Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations, migrations, or support within manufacturing environments.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM planning modules.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into Oracle standard solutions and configurations.
- Experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI and BI Publisher) is preferred.
- Oracle Cloud SCM Certified Implementation Specialist certification is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and Agile or Waterfall methodologies is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional support and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM planning modules including Demand Management, S&OP, Supply Planning, Replenishment, and Production Scheduling.
- Build strong relationships with supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement leadership to identify technology-driven improvements.
- Conduct business process analysis, gap assessments, and solution design to align processes with Oracle Fusion standards.
- Configure Oracle Fusion SCM solutions and create BR100 configurations and MD050 functional design documentation.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create test scenarios, and support deployment activities.
- Manage data migration and cleansing activities using Oracle FBDI processes.
- Evaluate and implement Oracle quarterly updates to leverage new functionalities.
