Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with SQL, including complex queries, performance tuning, stored procedures, troubleshooting, and data validation.
- Proven experience supporting SAP implementation, data migration, or conversion projects.
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry data processes and business requirements.
- Experience working with SAP data conversions, including familiarity with PRA (Production and Revenue Accounting).
- Ability to quickly assume ownership of senior-level technical responsibilities with limited onboarding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and support business-critical deadlines.
- Experience with ETL processes, data profiling, or migration tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments within the Oil & Gas sector is a plus.
- Experience supporting cutover planning, mock loads, production data loads, and distributed delivery models is preferred.
- Ability to start within one week is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and review complex SQL scripts, queries, stored procedures, and data validation processes.
- Support SAP data conversion and migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation, and loading processes.
- Work with Oil & Gas industry data, including Production and Revenue Accounting (PRA)-related conversion activities.
- Collaborate with functional teams, technical teams, offshore resources, implementation partners, and business stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve data quality, integrity, and migration-related issues throughout project phases.
- Support mock conversions, testing cycles, cutover preparation, and production data validation efforts.
- Create technical documentation, provide project updates, and communicate issue resolutions clearly.
