Requirements
- Hands-on experience implementing AWS systems (cloud infrastructure, migrations, or rollouts).
- Technical fluency to partner directly with engineering teams on delivery.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-initiative program schedules and dependencies.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining resource/demand plans using ServiceNow.
- Experience in reconciling time tracking against budget forecasts.
- Direct experience owning a program or portfolio budget, including labor and licensing management.
- Familiarity with procurement activities such as SOWs, change requests, and vendor management.
- Strong, structured communication skills for leadership-level status reporting.
- Skilled in facilitating governance and steering meetings to drive alignment and action items.
- Experience in developing and evangelizing process playbooks and templates for consistent delivery.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain PD-level schedules accounting for all DXE-driven initiatives, milestones, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to manage resource and demand planning in ServiceNow.
- Build and maintain program budgets, tracking labor/licensing costs against forecasts and actuals.
- Produce weekly Project Health Reports for leadership, highlighting value, milestones, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate recurring governance and steering meetings to track decisions and action items.
- Support the development and implementation of continuous improvements to the Digital Operating Model.
